The plaque with a diagonal crack emanating from the upper center left edge to the lower center right edge, with areas of subsequent overpaint and glaze loss; in addition there are some minor areas of glaze loss to high points including to one elbow and one shoulder; not examined out of frame. The frame with some losses at edges.
